She was lovable to people she knew, but often ran and hid when someone new visited. When our new friend, Alex, came into our house for the first time, almost before he got in the door, she yowled and hissed like you see here. It was bizarre! Cuddly kitty turns demon in a flash, for no reason. We thought it might be the scent of Alex’s own kitties, but quickly discovered that even just seeing him through the glass door would send Priscilla into hysterics. She’s never reacted like that to anyone else, ever. Also, she’s spayed; not pregnant. So, even though sinister plots make dramatic stories, alas there’s nothing sinister here.”
